Respect at Work Career Coaching — Woolworths Metro
Woolworths Group Australia and New Zealand
The Challenge
Our client, one of Australia's largest employers and a proud Employer of Choice for Gender Equality, faced low applications for leadership roles from women in male dominated teams and stores. Coupled with a desire to lead the response on Respect at Work, this created the impetus for a new engagement.
The Solution
RAW Confidence Group Coaching
Our aim was to not only educate on the benefits of gender balance in building a more respectful culture, but to enhance awareness and understanding among managers as to the barriers and resistance to their vision. Simultaneously, we set out to boost the agency of women pursuing promotions through understanding of second generation bias.
With the Grace Papers group career coaching solution, the client provided their managers with:
- Quarterly Manager Group Coaching Sessions for senior leaders and group managers with a focus on Respect at Work
- A series of personalised Individual coaching sessions for each group manager tackling personal narratives aligned to a vision for belonging, unpacking data, building sponsorship capability and more
- Women in leadership group and individual coaching sessions
- On-demand resources accessible 24/7 through the Grace Papers platform
The Outcomes
10x Return on Investment
Our empowerment model is proven to reduce discrimination and increase promotions, delivering an average 10X ROI.
