When should I start the program?


Whether you’re pregnant, on leave or have returned to work there’s a lot to benefit from doing the Grace Papers program. If you can, you may wish to start a couple of weeks before you plan to tell your employer your news so you can be best prepared for the Pregnancy Pitch. However, the program is beneficial at all pregnancy transition stages and we do not want you to stress too much as to when you begin.
Steps 1 and 2 are useful at any stage of your working life!

Step 3 is a great tool to help you turn your professional vision into reality.

Step 4 will support you to transition to parental leave when and if that’s relevant to you.

Step 5 will help you stay connected to your career aspirations and develop equality at home and at work.

And Step 6 will support you to successfully return to work.
